An Act to promote the separation of constitutional powers by suspending the effectiveness of the Rules of Evidence for United States Courts and Magistrates, the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Amendments to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure transmitted to the Congress by the Chief Justice on February 5, 1973, until approved by Act of Congress.
