Paragraph (3) of subsection (a) is modified to include opportunities for older individuals to mentor younger generations and to conduct activities at facilities serving either group. Paragraph (4) of subsection (a) is removed. Subsection (c)(2) renumbers paragraph (4) to (3). Paragraph (1) of subsection (d) is removed, and paragraphs (2) through (5) are redesignated as (1) through (4). Subsection (g)(1) changes the reference date from the Supporting Older Americans Act of 2020 to the Multigenerational Care and Support Act. Subsection (g)(2) changes the reporting entities from the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Workforce of the House of Representatives. Subsection (h)(1) expands eligible programs to include multipurpose senior centers and other residential facilities for older individuals.
