Subchapter II of chapter 51 of title 31, United States Code, is amended to prohibit the appearance of a sitting President's name, image, likeness, or signature on United States coins. The amendment also prohibits the appearance of a sitting President's name, signature, or image on United States currency or securities, unless covered by a subsequent sentence.
