Payments for fall prevention items under Medicare are exempt from sequestration reductions under the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, or any other provision of law. The amendments made by this section will take effect 60 days after the date of enactment.
