This section amends Section 546 of the Public Health Service Act. The text modifies subsection (a) by changing 'tribes and tribal' to 'Tribes and Tribal'. Subsections (a), (c), and (d) are modified to replace 'approved or cleared' with 'approved, cleared, or otherwise legally marketed' and remove the term 'opioid'. Subsection (f) is amended to replace 'approved or cleared' with 'approved, cleared, or otherwise legally marketed', remove 'opioid' in paragraph (1), expand the list of substances in paragraph (2) from 'opioid and heroin' to 'opioid, heroin, and other drug', and replace 'opioid overdose' with 'overdose'. Paragraph (3) of subsection (f) removes 'opioid and heroin'. Subsection (h) increases funding from $36,000,000 for fiscal years 2019 through 2023 to $57,000,000 for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
