Paragraphs (1) through (5) of subsection (f) of Section 4 are redesignated as subparagraphs (A) through (E). The Secretary of Commerce, through the National Sea Grant Office, is directed to track participant career progression and use these outcomes to evaluate grant applications. Section 5(a) of the Act is amended to extend authorization from 2022 through 2026 to 2026 through 2031.
