The Secretary is directed to establish hiring preferences for members of the Tribe for positions at the park and preserve, consistent with the Indian preference policy. The continued administration of the Bond Swamp National Wildlife Refuge by the Fish and Wildlife Service is unaffected, except for cultural interpretation activities which require consultation with the Tribe and the Fish and Wildlife Service Director. The Act does not prevent continued consultation with federally recognized Indian Tribes. Military overflights and the designation of airspace over the park and preserve are not precluded. The Secretary must ensure the protection of sacred and cultural sites and provide access to members of Indian Tribes with ancestral connections to the Ocmulgee River Corridor.
