The General Services Administration Administrator, in coordination with other agencies, must identify covered office space in sanctuary jurisdictions within 30 days of enactment. Covered Federal agencies are required to relocate identified office space to locations outside of sanctuary jurisdictions. Relocation plans must be submitted within 60 days of notification, and relocation must be completed within 90 days of enactment. Federal agencies are prohibited from establishing or renewing office space in sanctuary jurisdictions. A report detailing identified office space, relocation status, and estimated costs/savings must be submitted to Congress within one year of enactment. The term 'covered Federal agency' includes executive agencies, excluding the Department of Homeland Security. “Covered office space” is defined as nonessential administrative Federal office space. A 'sanctuary jurisdiction' is defined as a state or political subdivision with policies restricting information sharing or compliance with immigration requests.
