TL;DR (AI)

• The Small Business Administration is required to submit annual reports to Congress on its use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including benefits, risks, and measures to manage those risks.
• The reports must detail how the Administrator retains human involvement in decisions informed by AI and ML recommendations and identify tasks that AI and ML can and cannot reliably perform.
• The Administrator of the Small Business Administration must provide a briefing to the House and Senate Committees on Small Business within 30 days of submitting each annual report on AI and ML use.
