The production period for qualification varies over a four-year period following enactment, initially being a 2-year period and extending to a 15-year period. After four years from enactment, any railroad freight car qualifies. Subsection (c)(3)(B) is amended to correct a typographical error in referencing the Association of American Railroads' Umler system.
