The definition of 'school' is modified to include early childhood education facilities that provide services for more than two individuals under age six, operating at public expense or receiving fees/grants. Section 62(a)(2)(D) of the Internal Revenue Code is amended to reflect the inclusion of early childhood educators in the expense deduction. The amendments apply to expenses paid or incurred in taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.
