The Secretary may use up to $5,000,000 for evaluation, monitoring, and administrative expenses. The Act authorizes $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to carry out Section 315. Section 304 of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act is amended to include 'sexual assault' alongside 'dating violence'.
