The Director of the Office of Native Hawaiian Relations may make grants to Native Hawaiian organizations. Heads of other Federal agencies (e.g., Commerce, Transportation) may also make grants. These grants are intended to carry out the purposes of the Act, as described in section 2. A total of $35,000,000 is authorized for appropriation for fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
