The Secretary shall encourage coordination of invasive species management actions with adjacent landowners and State agencies. The Secretary must submit a report to Congress and make it publicly available two and five years after enactment, detailing the program's work and progress. The Act authorizes $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to carry out this section.
