The TSA must retest vulnerabilities after mitigation measures are completed. The TSA must produce an annual report detailing the results of covert testing, including vulnerability status and mitigation efforts. This report must be submitted to Congress and include a publicly accessible summary of performance data for Category X airports, excluding sensitive details. The Comptroller General of the United States will review the effectiveness of the TSA’s covert testing processes within three years of the Act’s enactment.
